211 CT - Free helpline open to all Connecticut residents, staffed by trained referral specialists. Dial 211 or visit www.211ct.org to find a variety of resources for child and adult behavioral health (including mobile crisis support), housing, financial assistance, education, and more.

CTSafeConnect from the CT Coalition Against Domestic Violence - 24/7 confidential hotline, email, or webchat for domestic violence support at (888) 774-2900, safeconnect@ctcadv.org or ctsafeconnect.com.

NAMI HelpLine is a free, nationwide peer-support service providing information, resource referrals and support to people living with a mental health conditions, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public. Call 800-950-NAMI (6264), Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, ET. NAMI also offers a free, 24/7 crisis support text line - just text NAMI to 741-741.
